ADELAIDE paid a heavy price in a 24-point loss to Carlton in an AFL practice match at Visy Park yesterday, with key forwards Kurt Tippett and Ricky Henderson taken from the field with suspected serious injuries.Rookie Ian Callinan could miss up to 10 weeks after tearing the bicep from the bone in his right arm, as the Crows came out the loser in a match marked by high attrition. Carlton defender Michael Jamison is in danger of missing the start of the regular season after his high shepherd on Henderson left the young Crow motionless on the field for several minutes before he was carried off on a stretcher. Henderson later emerged from the rooms to join his teammates on the bench. AAP
